"Failed to download. - AHD04012:Security id () not found or has expired" occurs when a user tried to download the attached file.

Description:

Cannot download the attached file from the ticket on the web interface with the following message.

"Failed to download. - AHD04012:Security id () not found or has expired"

Solution:

It is necessary to set "Enable" to the following option in Windows:

Windows Control Panel --> Internet options --> Security tab --> Select a specific security zone --> Click "Custom Level" button --> Set "Enable" to "Automatic prompting for file downloads"

What the AHD04012 error occurs by the "False" settings with the "Automatic prompting for file downloads" is by design.
