- CA Embedded Entitlements Manager 12.0
- Instrocope 9.7.0
- CA Espectrum
- CA VAIM
-The technical reason this has worked before is because our EEM SDK is responsible for maintaining a connection cache of sessions from users that have previously logged into APM. This cache is refreshed at the discretion of the embedding product team (APM). IF this cache is deemed admissible, the EEM server is not contacted. However in some cases the embedding product (APM) has decided to switch to a different EEM server in the cluster and this causes a cache mix-up. Restarting the EM should refresh the cache.
-Restart every process integrated with EEM to clean the cache.
EG: Restart CA Introscope (MOM)
Restart CA Spectrum
