Creating An Extended Calendar for 5th or 10th of month workdays only

Introduction:
How can I create an extended calendar for the following 2 scenarios?
  1. One of my Production jobs needs to execute on the 5th calendar day of every month. If the 5th should fall on Saturday or Sunday, then the job needs to run on Monday.
  2. One of my Production jobs needs to execute on the 10th calendar day of every month. If the 10th should fall on Sunday, then we would need the job to execute on Monday the 11th. If the 10th should fall on a Saturday, then we need the job to execute on Friday the 9th. 
Environment:
This applies to any version of CA Workload Automation AE r11.3.6 SPx and CA Workload Control Center r11.4 SPx
Instructions:
1) For the scenario where job should run on 5th calendar day; taking into account the additional requirements, the calendar definition would look like this:
