After aggregating and reviewing the logs generated by the Exchange 2016 servers, it is noticed that a new log file is being generated by the 2016 Exchange Server Agent: wgnTnefLibrary_ddmmyyyhhmmss.log The error indicates that the ESA is not able to retrieve the text from the body of a message. We are concerned that a message might not be supervised due to the error, and this error has appeared on multiple servers.
CA has released FIX:SO06435 (incorporating Integration_ex2016_15.20_HF0193). This fix is targeted at resolving the following support issues:

1. Download and extract the required .zip files.
2. Apply the hotfix.
2.1. Apply Integration_ex2016_15.20_HF0193.msp to all MS Exchange servers where the CA Data Protection Exchange server Agent for 2016 is deployed using support ticket - APAR #: RO98893.
2.2. This hotfix reset the registry entries - TNEFLogTraceLevel,TNEFLogTrace and TNEFMaxLogNumFiles under the path - "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ComputerAssociates\ CA DataMinder\CurrentVersion\Logging"

Hence ensure to backup these entries before applying the hotfix and set these values after applying the hotfix.
