We saw this error in the IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log

Any idea why this error occurred and how to avoid it in future?
The information "Could not open JDBC Connection for transaction; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: Data source is closed" indicates that the Enterprise Manager was unable to connect to the APM database
In this situation the problem can be ignored as the error was reported during the Enterprise manager shutdown - as can be seen in a previous log entry

If this message occurs and there is no such logical explanation then check the database status and if further assistance is required contact CA Support.
