Error when using category with properties in Mobile App

By including a Category with Properties at the opening of a ticket through the Mobile App Service Desk Manager, you cannot manage the properties because they are not displayed in the Mobile interface.

In addition, an error is displayed and it is not possible to save the new ticket.

This issue is caused by: A limitation on the CA Mobile Application.
There is an Enhancement Request logged (IDEA) in the Communities which customer can vote up to be considered in future releases of the Mobile App:
