Error when opening audit logs "The policy manager encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete the operation"

When I open the audit logs from the policy manager, the following error shows up
"The policy manager encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete the operation."
If there is a mismatch between the policy manager and gateway, this error shows up. Please ensure both are using the same version.
The gateway version can be viewed in the policy manager.
The Policy manager version can be viewed in the following location in policy manager
The following warning message shows up if there is a mismatch.
