Error when a user attempts to run a report in advanced reporting: "Access is Denied"

A certain group of users is receiving the following error when they attempt to run jasper reports using advanced reporting in PPM: Access is denied
To resolve this:
1. Go to Administration > System Options and ensure the "Allow Jaspersoft Roles Sync" box is checked
1. Run the Sync Jaspersoft Roles job and ensure it completes successfully
3. Run the Create and Update Jasper Users job and ensure it completes

The users should now be able to run the reports without any issues.
