CA DB2 main menu Error: "Unable to establish XManager connection"

Issue:
The following error displayed when trying to get to the CA DB2 main menu: "Unable to establish XManager connection"
Resolution:
From the Panel where the message."Unable to establish XManager connection" displayed, the following steps were followed to resolve the problem:


Turn PANELID on. Then step thru the menu: 
  1. Issue Turn PANELID on the command line to identify the name of the panel
  2. Issue the TSO ISRDDN 
  3. Do the member search for the panelid M panelid
  4. Browse the member and make sure the it's pointing to the correct libraries. For this particular case this is what was found to be wrong:
           SYS2.ISPF.PANELS(ISP@DB2Z) 

           2,'CMD(%RSPMAIN PARMLIB(CAIM.DMS.R170.CDBAPARM) SUFFIX(M0))' <===THIS IS WRONG

           (Solution) In ISP@DB2Z : changed R170 to R200 

            2,'CMD(%RSPMAIN PARMLIB(CAIM.DMS.R200.CDBAPARM) SUFFIX(M0))'  <====THIS IS THE                                                                                                                                                  CORRECT LIBRARY

            LOGOUT COMPLETELY OUT OF ISPF AFTER THE CHANGE AND LOG BACK IN>
