Error opening Drop-down "VIEW RECORDS"

Issue:
After you create a new table "RITCM_SOFTWARE " In my datamodel to display the extracted information from the CA CMDB of CA Client Automation.
When I add to "DASHBOARD DESIGNER" It appears normally, but by clicking on "VIEW RECORDS" I receive the following error message.
 "An error has occurred during processing. Please try again. If This continues to occur, please contact the application administrator."
Environment:
CA Client Automation r14.0
Xtraction  2017.1.0419.01
Cause:
Customization of the Service Desk Manager Connector in Xtraction to extract and manipulate the data CMDB of Client Automation for dashboard creation in Xtraction.
Resolution:
Creating joins to connect the columns in the "RITCM_SOFTWARE" table.

Currently there is no CA ITCM Connector for Xtraction, so this integration is not supported.
Not supported by CA and or even by Ivanti.
