Issue:
There are some error messages in portal-grails.log. These messages recorded several times in portal-grails.log.
The messsages like below:
ERROR StackTrace - Full Stack Trace:
retrofit.RetrofitError: 401 Unauthorized

ERROR StackTrace - Full Stack Trace:
org.grails.web.json.JSONException: A JSONArray text must start with '[' at character 1 of {"id":401,"message":"Authorization failed"}

ERROR org.grails.web.errors.GrailsExceptionResolver - RetrofitError occurred when processing request: [GET] /devtest/api/sv/vseServers/<VSEName>/services
401 Unauthorized. Stacktrace follows:
retrofit.RetrofitError: 401 Unauthorized

ERROR org.grails.web.errors.GrailsExceptionResolver - JSONException occurred when processing request: [GET] /devtest/api/sv/recordingService/getRecordings/<VSEName>
A JSONArray text must start with '[' at character 1 of {"id":401,"message":"Authorization failed"} . Stacktrace follows:
org.grails.web.json.JSONException: A JSONArray text must start with '[' at character 1 of {"id":401,"message":"Authorization failed"}

These messages are repeated a large amount of time and there are some possiblilties to lose important error/fatal messages in portal-grails.log.

Here are the steps how to reproduce the problem.
  1. Start Enterprise Dashboard, Registry, Portal and VSE
  2. Login to Portal from browser and Open a tab for Monitor->Virtual Service Environments-><VSE Name>
  3. Leave the browser till the session timeout dialog is appeared
  4. Check the portal-grails.log
Cause:
This is a known problem in DevTest Portal, because the "Auto Refresh" feature is still alive even if the session time out occurrs.
Resolution:
The workaround is to uncheck the "Auto Refresh" check box before leaving the browser.

But if the workaround is not acceptable, please open a support case and reference DE398895 and DE402104.
