Error installing CSM PTF RO93077.

Issue:

A Sysprog was attempting to apply the PTF RO93077 and received the following dialog:

A product or release for FMID CEG1300 was not found in the software catalog.

 The maintenance cannot be applied to the product.

  

For the following FMIDs, there are no hidden products in the software catalog: [CEG1300].

Click Update Complete Product List to update the product tree with the currently licensed products.

If you still cannot locate the product after updating the complete product list, verify that you are licensed to the product

and the product is supported on CA Support Online.

Then, restart the wizard.

Attempted to Update Complete Product List - and receive the same error on second attempt at installing PTF

Cause:

Undetermined.

Resolution:

Could not recreate but applying PTF in OFFLINE mode vs. GROUP EXTEND circumvented the problem.
