Error in opening Groups

Issue:
When I tried to open Administration --> Groups, I am facing the attached error.

Screenshot shows a popup message: 
RSL Error 3 of 3 
At the bottom of the page it says: 
RSL 
http://<ip>:8181/pc/flex/bin/locales/framework_3.6.0.16995.swz 
Failed to load error #2032

I have checked couple of other tabs and they all are working fine.
Can you please help me with it.
Environment:
CAPM 3.x
Resolution:
Make sure the item and group caches are free from corruption by clearing them.
Run this in a shell.
Replace the value CAPCHOST with your hostname or IP.
If needed, replace admin:admin with your admin user name and password.
 
* Invalidate (clear) the ITEM Cache: 
curl -v -X PUT -H 'Content-Type: application/xml' -d '</emptybody>' -u admin:admin http://CAPCHOST:8181/pc/center/webservice/invalcache/ITEM 
 
* Invalidate (clear) the GROUP Cache: 
curl -v -X PUT -H 'Content-Type: application/xml' -d '</emptybody>' -u admin:admin http://CAPCHOST:8181/pc/center/webservice/invalcache/GROUP 
 
refresh the view or query.
