Open the Central Management Console
From the OneClick Web Page select Administration -> Report Manager -> Business Objects Administration (CMC)
Login as the Administrator user
Select the Servers icon
When the Servers window opens select Server List
If any Servers are Stopped or Disabled, Start or Enable them.
Please note the Input File Repository will need to be stopped then Enabled. Once Enabled it can then be restarted.
Once all of the BOXI servers are Running and Enabled, please go back to the OneClick Web Page select Administration -> Report Manager -> Manage Business Objects Content.
Please click on the Update Content button.
It should now run successfully.
