The following error occurs after running the CA Business Intelligence Configuration for CA Service Desk Manager
Unable to find servers in CMS ServerName:6400 and cluster @ServerName:6400 with kind fileserver and service FileStoreV2. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)' (FWM 04002)'
The error above appears in the BIConfig.log wich is located in %TEMP%\biconfig\biconfig.log

The nodes that will allow to load the reports data are down or disabled.
1. Log into CMC (Central Management Console) as Administrator
2. Servers > Nodes > Click on Node
3. Enable and Run all servers under the node
4. Run again the CA Business Intelligence Configuration for CA Service Desk Manager
