Issue:

In OneClick for eHealth, the following error may appear:

Line: 65
Char: 1
Error: 'EventUtils' is undefined
Code: 0

URL:http://ehealth/cmi/Services?Action=UserAdmin&SubAction=EditProperties&TargetUserAdmin&Selected=,1000136
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Environment:

6.3.xx
All OS platforms

Cause:
There are two possible causes for this;
  1. A security policy setting applied to the local PC on which OneClick is being run
  2. IE stored pages version cache was set to: 'Automatically'
Resolution:
The fix for each of the two causes is;
  1. A security policy setting apples to the local PC on which OneClick is being run.
    Please contact your network administrator and confirm this is not the case.

  2. IE* stored pages version cache was set to: 'Automatically'
    Ensure that you're browser is set to 'Every time I visit the web page' under;
Tools -> Internet Options -> General tab -> Settings -> Temporary Internet Files

* Even though you are experiencing this in OneClick, there are processes that use IE in the background.
