Some users get an error message when trying to launch eHealth reports from the Spectrum integration.

"Error: eHealth can't access configuration information"

One user can run eHealth reports from Spectrum with no problems. But a different user cannot, and receives this error:

"Error: eHealth can't access configuration information"

If they attempt to launch the report by pasting the URL into a browser and accessing eHealth directly, they get an Invalid User screen.

This error can be caused if duplicate user entries exist on the eHealth side, in different case.

Please review the passwd file in the $NH_HOME/web/webCfg directory on the eHealth side. If the file has two entries for the users - one in lowercase and one in UPPERCASE, this is the cause of the problem. Delete the UPPERCASE entry from the file, and restart the httpd services, and the reports should now run correctly for the affected users.
