How do we resolve the following error when we cannot find this in the Message Guide?
Error: DM0498: Invalid activity, database not available
DM0498 means that the default database in z/OS DD DATABASE does not exist or the database that they are trying to USE was moved to a different location or renamed. (probably renamed, this is a popular possibility)
You might try running a batch report and see if it works or review the CLIST that is being used by the customer.
