During the import of CA_ServiceDesk_Reports.biar file using Import Wizard, objects may not import successfully. Click on View Log button and select any object in the list, it shows above mentioned error message. This occurs if the input and out File repository server is not Enabled or if services are not up and running.
To resolve this issue, perform the below steps:
- Login to CMS as an Administrator.
- In Home page, click on "Servers".
- In the list, check "Input.servername" and "Output.servername" and click on "Enable" button at the top-right of the page.
- Now start the services manually by click on "Start".
Now you should be able to import all the objects from CA_ServiceDesk_Reports.biar file using Import Wizard.
