Error causing live service invocation failure in DEVTEST

Issue:
When verifying the VSM in  DevTest workstation,  getting the following error:

Environment:
All supported DevTest Environments. 
Cause:
Network issue. Connection issues from Workstation machine. 
Resolution:
Verify that you are able to connect to the Live Host : Port  from your Workstation machine. Work with your network team to get this resolved.
