LDAP command results in ERR 33 Invalid DN

Issue:
The following LDAP command resulted in err=34 text=invalid DN:

=)ldap_bv2dn(cn=BBP010,tssacid=BBP010,tssadmingrp=acids,host=ldap,o=American%20People%20Mutual,c=us??sub?objectclass=*,0) 
(=ldap_bv2dn(cn=BBP010,tssacid=BBP010,tssadmingrp=acids,host=ldap,o=American%20People%20Mutual,c=us??sub?objectclass=*)=0 
conn=4599 op=0 do_bind: invalid dn (cn=BBP010,tssacid=BBP010,tssadmingrp=acids,host=ldap,o=American%20People%20Mutual,c=us??sub?o 
send_ldap_result: conn=4599 op=0 p=3 
send_ldap_result: err=34 matched="" text="invalid DN" 
send_ldap_response: msgid=1 tag=97 err=34 
Resolution:

The %20 and the ??sub?o are invalid and need to be removed.  
The o= in the DN should be:

o=American People Mutual,c=us
