When de-commissioning a cluster node, it needs to be removed from the Enterprise Service Manager(ESM) tool. This cannot be done from within ESM, but needs to be done within the Dashboard of the Policy Manager
Remove the node(s) from the cluster through the dashboard view in the Policy Manager. The Cluster Status tab there lists the nodes defined in the cluster and you can right-click the Gateway Node name there and select 'Delete Node' from that interface. The ESM uses information from there for it's configuration, so removing a node that way removes it from ESM
