Enterprise Dashboard is not starting and getting an error as "Invalid License" and service is not started

Issue:

While starting devtest components (Enterprise Dashboard) we are getting an error as "Invalid license" and service is not started.

Cause:

     Looks like the License has expired or not a valid license.

Resolution:

       Please verify the license validity details in <Devtest_home>/devtestlic.xml file. If license has expired, please raise a license request through support.ca.com and get the valid license from CA license team.

     Once you get license file, replace the license file (devtestlic.xml) in Devtest_home and restart the components.
