How do you alter the regional settings on agents to report the correct language, in the correct character font within CA Client Automation.

Answer:

In order for CA Client Automation to display non-default (East Asian) characters correctly, follow the steps below:

On the client machine, the following settings must be defined:

  3. We are also required to select "Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default user profile". If this option is not selected, the DSM agent will not detect the regional settings change.
