Empty site-id when using CSM to update product release

Introduction:
When I run an "Update Product Release" for CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation For JES2 Plus - MVS, I got the error message: 

Update product release failed 
Site ID doesn't show an entry 

21823 - Getting Product/Release Information - Started 
Request is to get release: 13.5 
for product: CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation For JES2 Plus - MVS 
using site IDs: (empty) 

The product CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation For JES2 Plus - MVS at release 13.5 is not available for the following site IDs: (empty) 

Log in to CA Support Online and verify that the product CA OPS/MVS EVENT MANAGEMENT AND AUTOMATION FOR JES2 PLUS - MVS at release 13.5 is available for download under at least one of the following site IDs: (empty) 

If the product is available on CA Support Online, run 'Update Complete Product List' from the Products tab to refresh relations between the site IDs and the products. 
If the problem persists, contact CA Support.
Question:
Why do I get the error message: 

Update product release failed 
Site ID doesn't show an entry 

when I run an "Update Product Release" for CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation For JES2 Plus - MVS? 
 
Environment:
CSM 6.0 - z/OS supported releases - 
Answer:
Did you run an "Update Complete Product List" from the products tab? 

There is one site id and it is looks as if this may not be known to CSM. 

Could you please click on "Update Complete Product List" in the upper right corner of the Products tab then try it again. 

Your Site ID will be shown in the task window. 

After that you can run an "Update Product Release" task for product CA OPS and it will be successful.
