Emailgtw not working with Exchange Settings

When configuring emailgtw with a Windows Service account to send emails via exchange the test button continues to show red.


We see the following in the logs

CreateProcessAsUserFailed - error code(1314)

CA Unified Infrastructure Management (UIM) 8.4x and aboveEmailgtw 2.82 and above

The account that is being used does not have correct permissions.


This can be resolved by adding "Replace a process level token" right to that user and then restart the server.

The issue should be resolved after the restart.
