email_response message considered lost

Currently we have an email_response probe setup to monitor between our company email | | | | We continue to get "message considered lost".

I am working in collaboration with my exchange administrator.  He can see the message leave our organization, then we can see in the logs how IMAP is read, yet we continue to get these errors.
This issue was discovered using UIM 8.51 and email_response 1.44 but the information here is generally applicable to most versions.
The 'lost interval' should not be lower than the 'send interval'.
Raise the 'lost_timeout' value to something higher than the send interval by setting the 'consider lost after' setting in the profile configuration in the GUI.
This should allow the messages to send and resolve the 'considered lost' error massage.
