Email headers which uses Clarity CSS are not visible in Outlook/Gmail after upgrade, but are in iPhone

Question:
Upgraded to 15.4.1  and the email notifications are not correctly showing Headers in MS Outlook or Gmail.

This also applies to notifications that were generated before upgrade as well.

The headers are however correctly showing in an iPhone.

Answer:
Examine the email "source code" from MS Outlook. It should correctly have the <HEAD> tag with the expected EmailTemplate.css file reference.

If so, then the email client (such as Outlook 356 version) is not processing it.

This is confirmed by exactly the same email opening correctly in a different mail client.

This should be checked with the support team responsible for the email client, such as the Microsoft team.
Check the 'EmailTemplate.css' file when the source code with .html extension is opened in a browser.
