Email address incorrectly being set in Exclusion List field of mailbox on policy tab.

Download and apply published maileater fix SO05289.
Additional Information:
SDM/Administration/Email/Mailboxes.  
On policy tab of mailbox, email id/hour.  If user sends higher number of emails than this setting value the users email address will be set in the Exclusion List field.
