Elements that were previously polling and gathering data no longer show data in the CA Performance Management reports.
When examining the Polling Configuration the problem elements are not present in a section referencing the Metric Family and Vendor Certification that should be applied to them.

for steps to gather and review Polling Configuration for a device.
If the Stop Polling, followed by Start Polling button is selected for the Device involved, from the Details tab in the Data Aggregator Inventory Views, the problem is resolved.
After the restart of polling when examining the Polling Configuration the elements and their related Metric Family and Vendor Certification are present again.
Currently known to impact all supported releases of CA Performance Management
Unknown at this time. Currently under investigation by CA Performance Management Sustaining Engineering team in defect ID DE367701.
A debug patch is currently available to install on the CA Data Aggregator. It is running in CA labs but the problem has not reproduced itself at this time, resulting in no root cause identified to date.
The patch consists of a new Java jar file on the DA and requires a DA restart.
