EEM User name synchronization issue with eHealth/Spectrum

Description:

All users except "admin" are get the following error when logging into the eHealth web UI or when trying to drill-down to an eHealth report from a Spectrum OneClick context:

Error: The user name is not valid. The eHealth and CA Embedded Entitlements Manager (CA EEM) user accounts must be synchronized.

This happens only when the user login has case differences between user IDs in Active Directory/EEM and eHealth/Spectrum.
