In EEM server Configuration - Password policies can be set according to ones environment. one of the parameter us 'EEM maximum password age to' which accepts a number. 
With this password policy what happens on day 65? Is the user forced to change password or do the user needs to get help from EEM support team to be able to log in

As soon as the user logs on 65th day, you would be redirected to change the password.

​The password expires on 65th day, hence the user is prompted for password change automatically and takes him to required page (EEM).

Note: This policy will only be applicable to users created in EEM.
