EEM Active Directory user not able to login to SOI

Product: CA SOIversion: 4.0 SP2OS: Windows 2012 R2EEM

CA SOI does not yet support CA EEM configured using Multiple Domains/Active Directory Forests.


The messages seen in the soimgr-debug.log on the SOI Manager in the SOI\tomcat\logs folder indicate that

EEM is configured with either Active Directory Forests or Multiple Domains:
