EEM 12.6 bulk upload take more time to complete.

EEM 12.6

1. Stop igateway service 
2. Stop CA Directory service 
3. Edit %DXHOME%\\config\knowledge\itechpoz.dxc and change the following line 
address = ipv4 "FQDN" port 509 
address = ipv6 "FQDN" port 509 
4. Start CA Directory service 
5. Start iGateway service

Additional Information:

Reason behind slowupload  is because CA Directory by default installed with IPv4 in its configuration. And as the machine is actually configured for IPv6 LDAP client (EEM server/OpenLDAP) is trying with IPv6. And the connection fails as CA directory is actually configured for IPv4
