E-mail Notifications Are Not Received In Non-PROD SaaS Environments

Issue:
In non-PROD SaaS environments, e-mail notifications are not received. This also includes any other e-mail generated by PPM, such as the "Forgot Password" e-mails.
Environment:
Non-PROD SaaS environment (any release).
Cause:
Non-PROD SaaS environments have e-mail notifications disabled by default.
Resolution:
Please open a Support case so that SaaS can enable notifications for a given non-PROD environment. Restarting the services will be necessary after the change is made, so please include Primary Support Contact's approval to restart services.

Note: It is important that users have their e-mail changed to a "dummy" (non-working) e-mail address if they are not expected to be using that environment. Non-PROD environments will try to send notifications, and addresses are likely to be valid and match an existing e-mail if the environment has a backup of PROD data.
