DXI How to set up additional Users on Tenant

Introduction:
  We have a shared user account in our organization but this makes auditing of actions performed difficult and  it also leads to a higher rate of account password being locked because of wrongly entered passwords.

We would like to set up individual user access to our tenant, including a CA Support user that we can share with CA Support in case of a problem needing reproduction and/or investigation.

How can we manage this?
Instructions:
An admin user on the DXI Tenant can go to User Management

DXI User Management

Then use "New User"
Create New User


And enter the required details for the user to be added and choose the user role
New User Details
