IO crashes after some data file issues. It is likelt to be due to a file system full that led to a failed reorganization.

Then, during the restart, the IO server could not be started properly. The IO server was stopped after got signal 1, and causing the CDJ to stop. This signal is from OS level. It could mean that the terminal used to start the IO server has been closed. This should not cause problem if the IO server was started properly.

Root Cause: Following a System issue, the IO server got signal "1".
This signal means that the system hanged-up, causing the CDJ server as well to crash.
Resolution:
Launch an offline reorganization: 

For Windows:
%UXMGR%\ux_vrf_rgz_rst.bat

For Unix or Linux:
$UXMGR/ux_vrf_rgz_rst

Restart the node
