After disabling an Optional or a Provoked specific task, the concerned specific uproc within the session is still impacted by the optional or provoked task.
For example, if an optional task is disabled, and the session is launched; even it is in the optional task's launch window, the concerned execution of the uproc will be skipped.

Root Cause: This behavior is normal.
An Optional or a Provoked task is disabled the same way as a scheduled task. That is to say, if the task is disabled, and the job should run, a disabled launch will be created.
Resolution:
To avoid this situation, please delete the optional or provoked task instead.
