server is logged on to with a generic domain service account and then a local domain accounts (AD account) is used to access the tool via the 'connect as' dialog. However when doing so we receive an error pop-up saying "Access denied. Read permission (R) is needed for this operation. [SDM002106]" and the “Software Jobs” group is missing as well as other Software Delivery related items

Fix T55L072 (or related patch) for CA Client Automation (ITCA) is required to resolve this issue. Please contact technical support if you believe you have this issue and need to know if this patch will resolve the issue for you.
