Domain account is getting locked due to UIM

Introduction:
As soon as a Domain service account had its password changed as part of a password rotation task it got locked out.

The infrastructure team identified that the source of the lock was one of the UIM servers. What can be causing the locks?
Instructions:
You should review the following in the problem server:

- account that starts the Nimsoft Robot Service;
- all probe config files with reference to the service account.

Once you've identified which probe or service contains the old account password, simply update it manually.
