Description :Server was rebooting after the cluster was manually restarted.
Both nodes rebooted themselves in sequence; when the cluster was manually restarted, bringing up $U, both nodes again rebooted themselves in sequence.
Starting it manually also caused nodes to reboot.

Root Cause: Kernel panic in gfs2_inplace_reserve on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
The issue was not the result of an error with Dollar Universe after some research discovered that this particular kernel, 2.6.32-358, on RHEL 6.4 has a bug on the GFS2 filesystem which causes a Kernel Panic.
Dollar Universe was accessing the GFS2 filesystem and was therefore highlighting this erratic behaviour.
