The xFlow Analyst Interface provides CA Service Desk Manager L1 Analysts the ability to understand the IT environment, prioritize work and make decisions.

At this time a ticket in the xFlow Analyst Interface can only be an incident or a request, mainly because xFlow is targeted for CA Service Desk Manager L1 Analysts.
