Does SLA time gets affected when users from different timezones add comments to the ticket?


The time displayed to the users are based on their "individual Operating Systems Time Zone". SLAs are based off the timezone on the server(where ServiceDesk is installed) and are not affected by the user who  is viewing them. The SLA will expire at the same time for a contact regardless of their location.
