Question:

Does CAS9UDTN load module need to be in Authcmd section of IKJTSOxx parmlib member?
Is it documented in any of the Common services manuals for rel 14.0 and 14.1?

Answer:

CAS9UDTN and CAE$BQRY were used against the old ENF database which is obsolete.  It was replaced by a Datacom MUF beginning with Common Services r12.0.  PTF QO64745 for CCS 11.6 introduced the requirement to add them to IKJTSOxx to help prevent security breaches against the ENF Database SVC which could possibly bring the system down. Some obsolete modules were left in CCS390 for backward compatibility but will be removed in the near future.
Although mentioned in the older Common Services documentation, there is no reference to them in the current product documentation.
CAS9UTDN and CAE$BQRY can be safely removed from the IKJTSOxx member of SYS1.PARMLIB.
