Does CA Chorus Software Manager (CSM) supply a report via the UI to reflect ptfs in 'Not Received' status, and a report for ptfs in 'Received' status only?

Question:

In CA Chorus Software Manager (CSM) does the User Interface (UI) supply reports for the printing of ptfs in 'Not received' status, and for ptfs in 'Received'

only status?  

Answer:

CSM does not have a report to list those PTFs that have not been received ('Not Received'), however in the UI you can filter from the maintenance tab on a

status of 'Not Received'.  For sysmods (ptfs) that have only been Received the List AllZones report will create a report that you can then search for a status

of just 'REC'.  Also, in the UI you can also just filter on a status of 'Received'.
