|The eHealth license file ($NH_HOME/lmgr/license.dat) utilizes the hostname and MAC address (Windows) or hostID (UNIX) to validate the system. As such, an IP address change will *not* directly affect the server's license validation.
It must be stated, however, that any IP change must not interfere with the eHealth server system's ability to resolve its own hostname.
Test to ensure that the IP address changes will not cause DNS lookups to fail due to routing restrictions.
