Disable the "Search Knowledge Base" pop up for employees

By default, when a user of type employee tries to create a new incident or request, they are prompted to "Search Knowledge Base" before being able to create the ticket.

This is controlled through the "prompt_for_knowledge" option in options manager. If you want to disable this, navigate to Administration -> Options Manager -> Web -> prompt_for_knowledge and uninstall this option then recycle services for change to take effect.
