Diagnostic Report does not show "LicenseExpirationDate" as "None"

Issue:
Jasper server console provides a report called the "Diagnostic Report" which provides various server related information. This report is supposed to report "LicenseExpirationDate" as "None" for Jasper Servers that get installed as part of the CA PPM product. But it reports "2nd October 2018", or another similar date, against this field.
Environment:
CA PPM 14.3 with Jaspersoft 6.2.1.
Cause:
License File was not added to base installer and it has been added in patch
Resolution:
Apply the latest available Jasper patch, and then run this report for it to show "LicenseExpirationDate" as "None".
