Question:
Example - 3 Power Users and 12 concurrent users (+3). The questions are about the limitations:

- If able to create more than 3 Power Users, does it mean that the system controls that there are no more than 3 connected? how does this work? Does the system return an error?

- In case of 3 Power Users connected, and a fourth one tries to connect, what would happen? (Error message, access denied...)

- Do power users count for both connections with DevTest Portal and Workstation? Only for DevTest Portal? If the same Power User is connected to both systems does it count as 1 or 2 licenses?

- If we have a runtime users limit of 15, what would happen when there are more than 15 concurrent requests to the SV? Are they queued or put in "waiting..."? Are they rejected?
Answer:
- If they are able to create more than 3 Power Users, does it mean that the system controls that there are no more than 3 connected? how does this work? Does the system return an error?

The system will allow for the 3 additional users. You can view all the users using DevTest by running the Export Usage Audit Data report. The DevTest Solutions Usage Audit Report provides details on compliance with your license agreement, which is based on maximum concurrent usage by the following user types:

Continuous Application Insight Power User
Service Virtualization Power User
Application Test Power User
DevTest Runtime User

- In case of 3 Power Users connected, and a fourth one tries to connect, what would happen? (Error message, access denied...)

No error, no access denied message

- Do power users count for both connections with DevTest Portal and Workstation? Only for DevTest Portal? If the same Power User is connected to both systems does it count as 1 or 2 licenses?

No they would only count against the Workstation and not the Portal.

- If we have a runtime users limit of 15, what would happen when there are more than 15 concurrent requests to the SV? Are they queued or put in "waiting..."? Are they rejected?

They are not queued up, the additional users would be allowed to use DevTest.
