Needing to have a defect fix in a DevTest release out of support.
When an issue is reported with a DevTest release that is out of support, we will do all we can to resolve the issue.
If we already have a fix for the reported issue, we will provide and make sure it resolves the problem.
If however we have no fix or the provided patch does not resolve the issue, as per CA's policy, a new patch will not be provided.
At that time we suggest to upgrade to a supported release.
If the problem still persists in the upgraded release, we will work with our sustaining engineering team to provide the need patch to resolve the issue.
